First images from Carlton University

As we have reported before Carlton University In Ontario, Canada, selected Warpalizer for their very ambitious flight simulator project. The simulator will be built by the students and the whole project will last for several years. 

Univisual Technologies Nordic AB is very happy to have received the first images from the project and we would not be surprised if the final result will have a lasting influence on the simulator industry in the years to come.

Warpalizer Norway AS

Univisual Technologies Nordic AB is pleased to announce that  Warpalizer Norway AS is now fully operational. The company is conveniantly located close to the Ariport Train Station in Drammen, some 40 km south of Oslo. Warpalizer Norway AS will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the Warpalizer software, whereas Univisual Technologies Nordic AB will focus on Research & Development.

Prepar 3D Direct 11 support

One of our customers in the Middle East recently upgraded their flight simulator from FSX to P3D.  The picture below shows the excellent quality of the new visuals.

 

Carlton University selects Warpalizer

Univisual Technologies Nordic AB is proud to announce that Charlton University in Ottawa, Cananda, has selected Warpalizer as their warp and blend software for their  novel filight simulator concept. When finished the simulator will offer the most realistic motion concept ever. The contract was won by our reseller in Canada, Flightplus Ltd, in the face of a pack of competitors.

Quater Dome

Univisual Technologies Nordic AB is proud to announce yet another business area where Warpalizer enables projection onto different types of shapes and surfances.  The image below shows an installation where a spherical part of the ceiling is being used for presentation. The design, installation and set to work was done by Kire Technology Co, LTD from Taiwan.

Warpalizer is now a registered trademark in Korea

Univisual Technologies is proud to anounce that Warpalizer is now a registered trademark i Korea. This is yet another step to make Warpalizer a well recognised tradmak all over the world.

 

Real Estate Advertising

Univisual Technologies is proud to announce yet another Warpalizer order from Cillion AS, one of the major AV suppliers to the Real Estate market in the Oslo Area. In this project Warpalizer is used to warp and blend an advertising application onto a rear projected foil based window screen using 2 laser projectors.

Terje Jørgensen, the Cillion Project Manager says: "I actually did the adjustment of the screen myself  this time and I have to say I enjoyed myself  a lot. I am very impressed by the Warpalizer tool and the price performanceoffered by the Warpalizer product made the choice very simple for us. It is also very important for us that our customer is very pleased with the end result"

F-18 Simulators for Entertainment

Univisual Technologies  is proud to announce that Warpalizer was selected to achieve seamless projection in 3 ea F-18 Flight Simulators in Lyon, France. The visual system offers a HFOV of 220 deg and a VFOV of +90/-50 deg. Each channel is driven by a seperate Image Generator.  The simulation software is the Prepar 3D by Lockheed Martin.

 

 

Univisual Technologies received the contract from the supplier of the complete Visual System, Polar Simulation AS. The end user is i-way.fr.

 

Mr. Cato Mortensen, the CEO of Polar Simulation says; " It is not an easy task to align 5 projector images perfectly  inside a 1.6 m radius dome. We have worked with several warp and blend products over the years and I am very pleased thet we selected Warpalizer for this installation. Without the extreme warping range and the low latency offered by Warpalizer, it would not have been possible to achieve the results we got. I will also take this opportunity to express my thanks to the Warpalizer team for outstanding support during the installation".

 

Mr. Pierre Nicolas, the CEO of I-WAY sent us the following email:

"Dear Jimmy, we have now finished the first week-end with the 3 simulators. We had 100% of the sessions booked and we had absolutely no problem all week-end. Everything is working perfectly and the conclusion he is: in 4 months we all created an awesome place".

Univisual Technologies Nordic AB is proud to announce that our Warpalizer has successfully be used to achieve a seamless 6 channel projections system for a Robinson R22 simulator. The simulator is built by Ewout van Linge in the Netherelands.

Prepar3D version 2.2 Support

Univisual Technologies is proud to announce that Warpalizer now supports Prepar3D version 2.2 (DirectX11). Warpalizer does not add any additional processing latency ensuring the maximum frame rate possible from the graphic card chosen.  

Vega 6 Support

Univisual Technologies is proud to announce that Warpalizer version 3.0.6 now supports Vega 6.  Robert Malmstrom, the CEO of Univisual says; "We are now able to offer first class warp and blend software to everybody that has upgraded their simulators to the latest Vega 6 version. This will allow users to upgrade to the latest Vega version without the need for expensive hardware based warp and blend boxes. Please contact our Sales Department is you want to do some testing"

New contract in Korea

Univisual Technologies is proud to annouce that Warpalizer was selected as the warp and blend software for a Wedding hall. This contract represents an exciting breakthrough in this market niche which is expected to grow significantly in the years to come.

 

The contract was secured by our exclusive reseller in Korea, UDX.

 

UniScreen 200 at Dreamhack

Esport United has bought two UniScreen 200 from Univisual Technologies to build two Star Citizen simulators. These two simulators are now shown for the first time at Dreamhack 2014 and they also show dog fighting for the first time in Star Citizen.
